Does DoIT work on Student computers?

Due to liability issues, only certified and authorized DoIT staff may work on machines purchased through the Bookstore or the UNCP Premier site. Upon purchasing a computer through one of these two entities, you will receive information on what to do if your computer needs servicing.

How do I get a game console (Xbox 360/PS3/Wii) online?

We have new faculty/staff starting today. What forms should they fill out?

The Faculty Account Application

1) Network Account Application
2) To manage a Web site, submit the Web Account Application.
3) To access University servers from off campus, submit the VPN Account Application.
4) For Banner access, users should read through the Banner Account Application Process and complete the forms on the DoIT Web site.

I need to do an assignment in an application I've never used. Can you walk me through this or can I get training or assistance?
